Graduation Tickets will be distributed Monday, May 12, 2014
Seniors must arrive at Columbia at 1:00 p.m.
1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. ‐ All graduates will be checked in
2:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. ‐ All graduates will be transported by bus to Georgia State
University (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Students who have not been checked into their homerooms will not be permitted to participate in the graduation ceremony.
3:00 p.m. Graduates will arrive at Georgia State University Sports Arena ‐
Graduates will go straight to the holding room.
**3:30 p.m. – Students will line up for graduation ceremony. (Only graduates and
Columbia High School Faculty allowed in the interior of the gym at this time.
**3:30 p.m. – Processional will begin
Graduates will assemble for entrance into the gymnasium
**4:00 p.m. – Commencement Exercise Begins
